Ideal for hand and finger flexion exercises. Vary resistances by increasing or decreasing number of rubber bands attached to the exerciser, or by changing to a different color-coded set of bands. The Range-of-motion (ROM) may be decreased by using the flexion limiter. Comes with 25 tan bands . Available with latex or latex free bands. Works  with Digi-Extend and Digi-Extend n’ Squeeze as well.
