Addresses unilateral and bilateral exercises and can be positioned parallel or perpendicular to the body to target alternate muscle groups.
Includes: Doorknob, Lever, T-Handle, Key, and (2) 2″ Dowels Grip, Parts Base.

Vertical System
Accommodates weight-bearing activities in addition to targeting various muscle groups.
Includes: Large Lid, Faucet, Small Cap, Screwdriver & Screw, 1.5″ Dowel Grip, Wrench & Bolt, Parts Base.

  • Parts and tools are interchangeable between both models.
  • System attachments facilitate over 70 specific movements.
